My name is Sheila Lloyd-Jones. I have worked at Talbot for many years and have had experience teaching across all the year groups.
I am now responsible for Children with Special Educational Needs, which means that I liaise closely with teachers, TAs and outside agencies and meet with parents to ensure that provision is in place to enable our children to progress to the best of their ability. This means that I work with children throughout the school to ensure that their needs are met. I enjoy my role as I love to see our children succeeding
I am married and have a daughter who lives and works in London. It’s great being able to go and stay with her, shop, see the sights and go to concerts and shows. I enjoy spending time with my friends, and love to bake cakes which seem to go down well! I also like to read, ‘The Lord of the Rings’ is one of my favourites, I must have read it about five times! I have a dog called Pebble whom I love spending time with on the beach and in the New Forest. My goals are to learn to ski, run a 10K and visit Australia.
