On a cold Monday afternoon, Year 3 and 4 ventured outside for their PE lessons. PE at Talbot is always entertaining and the children are constantly developing their skills.
Year 3, under the direction of Coach Bartram had a Cricket session. They focused on their control of holding a bat and striking a ball (tennis ball). The class were constantly advised on best practice and applied their new found skills into more challenging game-type situations.
In Year 4, and due to the swimming pool being unavailable, Mr Brown (the Year 4 one!) took his class out for a game of 'Capture the Flag'. Let's just say, no pupil stays still! It is a fun and engaging game and encourages teamwork and thinking 'outside of the box', literally!
