25.11.21 Year 6 Football 6aside Final @ Littledown
DEFEAT IN THE FINAL
On Thursday 25th, our Year 6 boys played their second tournament finals in the a matter of days.
After winning the 6aside tournament, the boys progressed to the final against Kinson Academy. Despite some tiredness from the previous tournament a day earlier, the boys battled hard against a well-organised and skillful Kinson team.
Jamal got his name on the scoresheet with a fantastic headed effort and, despite hitting both the bar and the post, it wasn't enough as Kinson ran out deserved winners. Final score 3-1 to Kinson.
A superb effort but a step to far against a very good Kinson. We look forward to challenging them again soon.
