We are pleased to announce that you are now able to register for our new communication and payment system Bromcom, My Child at School (MCAS) following the closure of Scopay (Tucasi). Any balances held will be transferred over to MCAS by the beginning of September.
We will be using My Child at School (MCAS) for all parent communications, and Breakfast Club/After School Club bookings from 1st September 2021.
We have attached a Parents/Carers Guide to help you register along with a Frequently Asked Questions document.
For specific support during the rollout of this new system, we have created a dedicated email address. We are also able to take queries via our usual phone numbers. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the school on 01202 513981 or email our dedicated My Child at School support email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please use our normal office email address for any other queries.
You will be able to access MCAS via the App or on a laptop or computer to book and pay for breakfast & after school club sessions, trips, music and other items.
Please continue to use the Chartwells website to book school lunches.
