Flu Vaccinations - Reception to Year 6

 

Today children will be sent home with the Flu Vaccination letter and how to register online. On this letter is a registration code that you will need to link to the school.

 

If you wish for your child to have the vaccination they must be registered online - there is no other way to record this.

 

If you do not wish for your child to have the vaccination, please still complete the registration, there is an option to say no as you go through it.

 

The process is simple and attached is a step by step guide telling you how to complete.
